When most people think of in home sessions I think their mind goes directly to newborns. That is primarily what my in home work focuses on, but it’s not exclusively newborns. Your Fort Collins in-home sessions are great for babies, toddlers and young kids as well!

I come to you on your turf
Babies and small children are comforted by their own surroundings with their own things, and truth be told, when old enough they LOVE to show me their room and toys! Genuine reactions and interactions come through on their own turf. They are already familiar with their surroundings and more inclined to be themselves – whether you like that or not!

I work around your schedule
We talk ahead of time about naps, when your baby/child is at their best, etc. to determine the best time. Outdoor shoots can be hard, especially in the summer, since my sessions don’t start until 7:15/7:30 pm. That’s prime ready to go to bed time for little ones! In home shoots can be done at any time of day and I’m happy to come during the time period that your child/ren are happiest and not ready for a sleepy meltdown.
Of course the disadvantages are the lack of cliffs, beaches, mountains and colorful sunsets, but magic can be made inside your 4 walls too! The real magic is telling your family’s story at any location, whether that’s at your favorite outdoor spot or inside with your comfy clothes and own belongings.
