Project 365 – Officially Frozen – Newport, Rhode Island Photographer
With frozen conditions and a leg injury, I have found myself to becoming fast friends with our community center/fitness room. I truly loathe the dreadmill, but I have no choice when it’s nothing but sub zero temps day after day.
In the summer this was one of my favorite spots. The rocky area near Castle Hill and Brenton Point. I think it looks pretty and almost mountainous with the snow on top. Now that I have a photo the snow can go away!
I never in a million years thought I would see this. The bay/ocean is literally freezing. Salt water. Frozen. Huge chunks of ice where just a few months ago we were paddle boarding and freezing. No wonder I was never warm in there!
Someone has some gift cards burning a hole in her pocket so off to Target we go to spend it. Such big decisions figuring out which doll to add to the stockpile.
Maya has missed her bestie from Okinawa something fierce and they finally had some time to FaceTime each other. It was so awesome seeing them in their element again and as my friend Jenn and I say “nerdin’ it up”!! They were knee deep in games for over 2 hours and I know it was good for her soul!
I had my very first newborn lifestyle session and I must say I’m absolutely hooked on this style of shooting! Loved just hanging out with this family and capturing them in their element. Baby yawns are hands down my favorite.
A much needed night out with some girlfriends after a week of winter break with all the kiddos. We attended a paint night at our local winery and we may or may not have been shushed a few times. Perhaps this is why??!
